Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if the following conditions are met:

The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Bottle should contain 90% or more liquid original quantity

The item is returned in its original packaging, including box and accessories

The product is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Products that exceed reasonable testing usage will not qualify for return or refund.

Proof Requirement (Important)

To process any return, refund, or exchange request, customers must provide clear proof of the product condition:

Unboxing video is strongly recommended at the time of delivery

Clear images or videos of the product must be shared when reporting an issue

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted

This helps us ensure transparency and protect both the customer and our brand from misuse.
