All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Once your order is placed, our team may contact you for order verification.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To ensure smooth operations and avoid fake or unconfirmed orders, Elnaz follows a verification process for all Cash on Delivery orders. Customers may receive a confirmation call or message on WhatsApp to verify their order details. Orders that are not confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.

We request customers to ensure availability at the time of delivery. Repeated order refusals or unresponsiveness may result in restriction from future Cash on Delivery orders.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 5–7 business days nationwide. Remote areas may require additional time.

While we aim to meet these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier issues.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any promotional offers, such as free delivery, will also be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will be provided with tracking details (where applicable) so you can monitor your delivery status.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Elnaz is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to unavailability or incorrect details, the courier may attempt re-delivery. In some cases, additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant details and proof (such as images). We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
