Refund Policy
Elnaz offers cash refunds under controlled conditions:
If the perfume is mildly used (limited to testing only), the customer is eligible for a full refund of the product price
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
If the product shows excessive usage, the refund request will be declined
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error.
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:
Excessive usage beyond testing
Change of mind after extended use
Minor scent differences due to skin chemistry or personal preference
Damage caused after delivery
Requests made after the 24-hour window
Claims made without valid proof (images/video)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (images or video). Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchange Process
For approved exchanges:
The product must be returned as per instructions provided by our team
Once received and inspected, the exchange will be processed accordingly
Return shipping costs may apply unless the issue is on our end.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Customers placing Cash on Delivery orders are expected to cooperate with verification and delivery processes. Repeated order refusals or non-serious orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.

Fragrances should be tested responsibly to remain eligible
All requests are subject to inspection and approval
Elnaz reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet policy conditions
