At Elnaz, we understand that fragrance is a personal experience. To ensure fairness while maintaining product integrity, we offer a structured Return & Exchange Policy designed to balance customer satisfaction with quality control.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if the following conditions are met:

* The request is made within 7 days of delivery
* Bottle should contain 90% or more of original liquid quantity
* The item is returned in its original packaging, including box and accessories
* The product is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Products that exceed reasonable testing usage will not qualify for return or refund.

* 16ml perfumes
* Discovery Sets

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable

* 3ml perfumes & their packs
* 5ml perfumes & their packs

Delivery/Shipping Cost of Returns & Exchange

* Shipping cost for returning or exchanging a product will be borne by the customer.
* The shipping cost paid at the time of ordering is non-refundable.

Proof Requirement (Important)

To process any return, refund, or exchange request, customers must provide clear proof of the product condition:

Unboxing video is strongly recommended at the time of delivery

Clear images or videos of the product must be shared when reporting an issue

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted

This helps us ensure transparency and protect both the customer and our brand from misuse.
